Roofing by RemodelPro

Your roof is the one part of your house that takes every storm, every heat wave and every freeze head-on. When it is working, you forget it is there. When it is not, a small drip can quietly turn into rotted decking, stained ceilings and mold in the attic. Our job is to keep you in the first group.

RemodelPro Contracting is a family-owned exterior remodeler, and roofing is where we started back in 1995. We repair, replace and upgrade residential roofs of every common material, and we handle flat and low-slope systems for churches, schools, condo associations and retail properties.

Every project begins the same way: a careful inspection, photos of what we find, and an honest recommendation. If a repair will buy you years of good service, we will tell you so. If replacement is the smarter investment, we will explain why and walk you through your options and financing.

Why homeowners trust us with their roofs

Photo-documented inspections

We climb up, look closely and show you pictures of what we saw, so you never have to take our word for it.

Our own crews

The people on your roof are trained by us and answer to us, and a project lead stays with your job from start to finish.

Complete roof systems

Underlayment, flashing, drip edge, ventilation and shingles are installed as one system, not as an afterthought.

Clean job sites

We protect landscaping, tarp around the house and run magnetic sweeps for nails before we leave each day.

Workmanship warranty

Our workmanship warranty stands behind the installation, on top of the manufacturer's material coverage.

Financing available

Flexible financing options help you fix the problem now instead of waiting until it gets worse.

Repair or replace? How we help you decide

Age is only part of the story. A 15-year-old roof with one damaged valley is usually a repair. A 12-year-old roof with widespread hail bruising or chronic leaks at multiple points may not be worth patching. We look at the condition of the shingles, the decking underneath, the flashing details and the ventilation before we make a recommendation.

We will give you both numbers when it makes sense, so you can weigh a smaller expense now against a longer-term solution.

What happens during a roofing project

Once you choose a material and color, we schedule your project, order materials and confirm the timeline with you. Most residential replacements take one to three days depending on size, steepness and weather. You will know who your project lead is and how to reach them at every step.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a roof usually last?
It depends heavily on the material. Standard asphalt shingles often last 20 to 30 years, metal roofs commonly go 40 to 70, and natural slate or copper can last a century or more when properly installed. Ventilation, climate and maintenance all play a big role.
Do I need to be home during the inspection?
Not necessarily. We can inspect the exterior and send you photos and notes. If we need to look in the attic or at interior stains, we will arrange a time that works for you.
Will you help with an insurance claim for storm damage?
Yes. We document damage with photos and measurements and can meet with your adjuster so nothing gets overlooked. Your coverage decisions are between you and your insurer, but we make sure they have accurate information.
Can you install a new roof over my old one?
Some codes allow a second layer, but we generally recommend a full tear-off. Removing the old roof lets us inspect and repair the decking, install proper underlayment and flashing, and avoid trapping problems under new shingles.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, we offer financing options for qualified homeowners. Ask about them during your free estimate and we will walk you through what is available.
