- You choose colors, styles and upgrades with samples in hand.
- Everything is captured in a plain-English agreement, including scope, price, payment schedule and warranty.
Step3
Scheduling & preparation
- Your project coordinator orders materials and handles any required permits and HOA approvals.
- We confirm your start date and explain what to expect, from parking to pets.
- Materials are delivered shortly before work begins.
Step4
Installation & walkthrough
- Our crew protects landscaping, siding and driveways before work begins.
- Work is completed to manufacturer specifications, with daily cleanup and magnetic nail sweeps.
- We walk the finished project with you, register your warranties and make sure you're completely satisfied.
Questions About the Process
How long does an estimate appointment take?
Most estimates take about an hour, depending on the size of the project. We'll inspect, measure, discuss options and answer your questions.
Do I need to be home during the work?
Not necessarily. Many homeowners go about their day. We just need access to outdoor outlets and, for some projects like windows or doors, access to the inside of the home.
Who do I contact with questions during my project?
Your dedicated project coordinator. You'll have their direct contact information from the day you sign until your final walkthrough.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. When a permit is required, we obtain it and schedule any required inspections as part of your project.
